Privacy policy

As of 25 May 2018, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR) has come into force. Accordingly, we inform you about the principles of processing your personal data.

3. Purposes and legal bases of data processing

Personal data are processed for the following purposes:

  • to conclude and perform sales contracts or provide services – Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR),
  • to fulfil legal obligations (e.g., tax and accounting obligations) – Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR,
  • to assert or defend claims – Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR,
  • to handle inquiries submitted via the contact form – Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, as the legitimate interest of the controller in conducting communication with users,
  • to conduct statistical analyses of website usage using Google Analytics – Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

4. Data retention period

  • Data related to contracts and accounting – until the claims expire or in accordance with the law (e.g., accounting documentation – 5 years),
  • Data from the contact form – for the period necessary to handle correspondence,
  • Statistical data (cookies, Google Analytics) – according to cookie settings or until the user deletes them.


5. Data recipients

Data may be disclosed to:

  • entities processing data on behalf of the controller (e.g., IT service providers, accounting office, legal office, debt collection companies),
  • business partners from the EEA whom we represent in Poland, Czech Republic and Slovakia, if necessary to fulfil our obligations towards you.

All entities process data based on contracts and solely according to the controller’s instructions.


6. Transfer of data outside the EEA

Data are not transferred outside the European Economic Area.


7. Rights of data subjects

You have the right to:

  • access your data,
  • rectify, delete or restrict processing,
  • data portability,
  • object to processing,
  • withdraw consent (if given) without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland.


8. Voluntary provision of data

Providing data is voluntary but necessary to conclude and perform a contract or to handle an inquiry submitted via the contact form.


9. Cookies and Google Analytics

9.1 The website www.brenzer.com.pl uses cookies – small text files stored on the user’s device.

9.2 Cookies are used for:

  • proper functioning of the website,
  • statistical and analytical purposes (Google Analytics),
  • improving the quality of website usage.

9.3 Users can manage cookies in their browser settings, including deleting or blocking them.

9.4 Using the website without changing browser settings constitutes acceptance of the use of cookies.

9.5 Data collected by Google Analytics are anonymous and used for website traffic analysis.


10. Data security

The controller applies appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect data against loss, destruction, disclosure or access by unauthorized persons.
